Vuelos a El Cairo por Qatar Airways

We (family of 4; staying in 1 bedroom and 2 bath option) stayed in the hotel for 8 days during the Christmas week. The good: location. It is conveniently located close to the strip. That means it is not terribly busy from foot traffic but easily accessible as it is only 2-3 blocks away from Bellagio. The bad: we repeatedly requested for house cleaning but they never cleaned during our stay. They do pick up trash if you leave it outside your room but they refuse to clean. TV/cable was broken upon arrival. Worse: insufficient utensils (we opted for the hotel since we needed a kitchen as our kids have food allergies). They also do not have dishwasher soap and kitchen items (dishwasher soap and sponge). Worst: 2nd bathroom toilet bowl’s flush was hit or miss. Repeatedly not flushing completely. The worst: no parking. They advertise valet service but on our last 3 days, they overbooked and guests were asked to park at neighboring MGM and so we had to walk about a mile to park and get back to hotel! Other minor things: it is advertised as 4.5-star hotel and it was probably at that level once but it is now quite old and outdated. Very basic TV service/options.

I have all good things to say about this property! It was nice having a space that was more of an apartment than just a bedroom like at other hotels. Fully equipped with everything you could need including a second full bathroom. Less than a five minute walk to the strip. We had our 16 year old son with us as we were there for the UFC fights so it was nice not having to check in at an actual casino. I know, I know, we will let him watch a UFC fight but shy away from letting him see gambling … what can I say … (shy smile/shrug). Anyways like I said this resort was absolutely fantastic, please consider staying here you won’t be disappointed!

Vi havde to nætter på hotellet. Værelset er rummeligt og har de ting man skal bruge, også til et længere ophold. Rengøringen var god og sengen komfortabel. Hotellet bærer præg af at have et par år på bagen, dog uden at være slidt. Desværre var personalet i receptionen ikke særligt gode. Vi fik det forkerte værelsesnummer og måtte gå op og ned med al vores bagage for at få det rettet. Ingen spurgte om de kunne hjælpe med bagagen, og alt i alt virkede de ekstremt uengagerede. Min personlige mening er at personale er noget af det vigtigste ved et hotel, og der fortjener de ikke mere end minimumskarakter.

The posting mentioned a jetted tub, but there was no bathtub at all. The dresser was broken and had a bad odor. One of the bathroom faucets was leaking, and the toilet tissue provided was of such poor quality that even public restroom tissue would have been better. The paper towels were so flimsy they tore with the slightest touch. To make matters worse, the phone was broken, and there was a note instructing not to call the front desk—almost as if it was intentionally left that way. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I won’t be returning.
