Very nice place overall. Spacious rooms with clean and new furnitures. Nice and clean bathroom. Dinner in the restaurant was tasty. Staff is all young people and they all seem a bit overwhelmed by the busy place with many international guests. Beneficial to hire a few more experienced leaders or managers to help train staff properly. 3 minutes drive to the airport. Quite area nevertheless. My room (346) had an unpleasant smell that did not vanish during my stay. One major bother was the blue lights of the built in touch screen of the room light switches on each side of the bed head, they were very bright at night and did not turn off at all and flickered on/off all night. Disturbing sleep, wish they can be turned off or just have regular light switches. Unnecessary gadget IMO

The hotel is over designed and although it’s sold as a Malpensa adjacent hotel you actually need to book a shuttle to take you to your terminal. The dining is not great - my pizza looked and tasted like the ones I buy in my US supermarket - after eating phenomenal pizzas during my stay in Italy. The wait staff seemed more interested in clearing/tidying/ table than taking customers orders. They were also loud and chatty with their co workers, which I do not want to hear in a restaurant. The front desk staff were disengaged and the mess behind the front desk was shocking - cupboards open, piles of paperwork spilling out etc…

This is a fabulous hotel near the airport yet in the countryside and remarkably quiet. Easy parking and check in, although no offer of assistance with baggage; there are possibly not sufficient staff numbers to provide this service. The room was large enough and the bathroom clean and functional. The bed was soft. The usual pod coffee and tea were provided but no milk and nothing in the fridge. The restaurant is very good and snacls are available from the lobby at any time. The gym is quite well equipped with cardio and weights. The one gripe: the pool remains closed in the second week of June. While the pool is held to be a "seasonal" offering, it would be much appreciated on the regular 30 degree afternoons.

This is the first time I feel the urge to write something about a hotel after 40 years of traveling all over the world. 1. The front desk staff need more training to be more friendly and warmer, and to make guests feel more welcomed. 2. AC didn't work in our room after several hours of waiting for the temperature to drop. It was a hot day. When I brought it up to the front desk and it just seemed they knew it before we check in. No maintenance crew, no hotel manager on duty at 9pm. We had to pack and move to a different room on the other side of the building. No one helped. They consider this a gesture of compensating us, not a punishment. 3. For future traveler, please add 12 euros/person/roundtrip to the hotel price because the airport shuttle is not free.
